New World Order?
Veteran investigative journalist Jim Tucker has uncovered Bilderberg’s 2009 agenda, which includes the plan for a global department of health, a global treasury and a shortened depression rather than a longer economic downturn.

Appearing on The Alex Jones Show, Tucker said that former Swedish Prime Minister and regular Bilderberg attendee Carl Bildt, “Made a speech advocating turning the World Health Organization into a world department of health, advocating turning the IMF into a world department of treasury, both of course under the auspices of the United Nations.”
Tucker noted that such moves would constitute giant steps toward the world government that Bilderberg has set about to achieve but has been frustrated in finalizing over the past 10 years.

Tucker said that Bilderberg are keen on stressing the problems caused by the economic crisis, as well as the threat of a disease pandemic, as a means of justifying centralization of power.
I don’t think a global health organization is necessarily a bad thing. It could be a great thing, with centralized information on disease and illness. If you think of health and healthcare as a global human right instead of a privilege allowed to those wealthy enough to afford it, a global health organization could be a great thing. If its goal is to make good healthcare available to everyone, I am all for it.
As for the IMF taking over the Treasury Department, well, I’m less clear on that. It could be a good thing, if all countries wind up playing on the same field with the same rules. We haven’t had much luck with that in the past, however. As the recent financial meltdown has clearly demonstrated, we are all connected whether you think we should be or not; the “market” is already global. Get over it, and learn to deal. America has long lost the ability to close its borders and be completely self-sufficient. We might have been able to do that in the past, but it just is not possible at this point in human history.

I know I have posted on the “global elite” aspects of the Bilderberg group before, but really, the elite have been running the world since the beginning of “civilization.” The rich and powerful were running things long before the formation of the Bilderberg Group.
Honestly, I really don’t care who makes the “rules.” As long as everyone can understand the rules/laws and those rules/laws are fair and applied equally to all, does it really matter who comes up with them?
